Counselling for Adults

At In a Space, I provide a calm and confidential setting where you can explore a range of mental health challenges, including:

  • Anxiety and stress

  • Depression and low mood

  • Low self-esteem and confidence

  • Overwhelming emotions

  • Inner conflict

  • Past experiences and trauma

  • Feelings of loss or grief

  • Relationship Issues

I offer professional in-person counselling from a clinic in the heart of Rugby, Warwickshire, online/phone counselling to individuals across the UK and local group therapy, always guided by what feels most helpful to my clients.

A Person-Centred Approach to Mental Health

I am a person-centred counsellor, which means I believe the therapeutic relationship is the foundation for change.  It is my priority to ensure you feel safe to be open and honest.

Choosing the right counsellor is important. Your counsellor should be someone you can trust and feel comfortable with. I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can speak freely and be yourself.

I work with empathy and care, seeking to understand your experiences from your perspective. Together, we can explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns, helping you develop greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, and emotional resilience in order to move through life issues.

A Safe Space to Talk

I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth when given the right environment. While I can’t change what has happened or give you all the answers, I can support you in making sense of your experiences and finding your own way forward.  Talking openly with someone impartial who truly listens can be a powerful step towards feeling more grounded, confident, and connected.

I offer a free, no obligation, initial call to help you decide if we’re     the right fit.  I'm happy to answer any queries you might have but  you could also find what you're looking for on my FAQ's page.
