Service Description
Carers Group Counselling through In A Space provides an opportunity for you to receive support and encouragement in a safe and inclusive environment. You will work with a group of individuals who understand the challenges of caring for others, and who can help you address feelings of isolation, grief and stress that can come from the responsibility of caring for a dependent. Through sharing, listening and working together you will be better equipped to maintain your own mental health and well-being while providing care to others.
