Service Description

Menopause group counselling provides a supportive environment for women going through this time of life. Within the safe and encouraging sessions, we will focus on improving self-esteem, coping with any grief, and provide a space for individuals to share their experiences and connect with others going through the same changes. Join our community and find comfort in knowing that you are not alone in this journey.
